Exhibiting company representatives who will be attending the meeting should register above through the online registration process.
company tours**
Transport to the venues for the company tours will be by coach which will pick up at one central point in both Delft and the Hague, at a set time (time to be confirmed). At the end of the ESTEC tour, delegates will be taken by coach to Schipol Airport whilst delegates on the VSL/TNO tour will be taken to Delft Railway Station which provides easy and fast rail access to the Hague, Amsterdam and Schipol Airport.
payment options
Payment for registration should be made by bank transfer or credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
cancellation policy
For cancellation up to and including 31st March 2010, 50% of delegate fee, conference dinner, tutorial and company visit costs will be refundable. No refunds are available after 31st March 2010. Please note that registered delegates whose paper is rejected upon review, will upon request be refunded their registration fee paid minus any bank charges.
reverse charge mechanism
The "Reverse Charge" mechanism applies only to Dutch companies providing a valid Dutch VAT registration number. In such cases the Dutch company is liable to account for any VAT due in the Netherlands and invoices will be raised exclusive of VAT.
